Fat chance - the phone to my local VOSA is permanently engaged. I was about to start handing-out paper certs when the system started communicating - slowly. My card has locked-up (has stored a test which I can't clear), eventually managed to use spare card. I realise there is going to be the occasional problem - I didn't like the way we were left without help. (Still waiting for the phone call from Siemens - they gave me an incident number at 10.15, would be calling be back shortly. 3hrs ago.)
