Thanks for that, Sean. VOSA logged the incident at, I think, 10.15am. They would get back to me with a solution. The friendly lady from oopnarth called at 6.16pm as I was on my way out the door. "Did you get sorted, luv?" Too many people logging-on; trunk failures - there's always going to be something out of the ordinary. My problem is that I'm supposed to contact VOSA before initiating the fall-back or emergency procedure. If they and my local office are uncontactable, I wonder how they will react if I open the sacred cellophane on the emergency test pack without permission? Regards, Joe
