Im no accountant but if i were u i would get a secound opinion ask what benifit is it to you also your audit charges will be far greater and you will have to comply to more stringent regs as a ltd company u say u arnt vat reg i presume thats because ur turnover is lower than the threshold as to the company set up charge u may be able to do it cheaper but is it worth the hassle and ur valuable time
