Hi Jon, I can only re-iterate what Shaun has already said, we sell the waste oil heaters from KROLL, they are very clean running & efficient, as you say, they have had to clean up their act as well. As Shaun has already pointed out, most local authorities will require you to have a licence & will want to inspect the installation, as there are a few regulations about how close the flue can be to certain other things. Best to talk to your local planning officer @ your local Town Hall, they will be able to tell you what they require of you. Once you & they are happy, it's just a case of fitting the unit & pouring in the waste oil for 'free' fuel. If garages local to you want to burn theirs as well, they can deliver it to you, but as Shaun says, don't go to collect it otherwise you are likely to get done for carrying hazardous waste without a licence. I don't know where you are in the country, but if you deal with CAF, then ask your local BDE, he'll be able to advise you further, if not, give me a call (07787 515874) & I'll try to help.Regards, Rob Drinkwater.
