Hi all, thought i would resite a tale of woe from a garage friend of mine. He contacted me asking for help on a civic non starter, hed replaced the distributor(coil in cap type), the ecu and many sensors with no joy, no spark or fuel.
Looking at diagram I asked him if he'd checked inertia switch which feeds main relays on this motor, I directed him over phone to offending item, he pressed and guess what. Yip click and car started.
Swear words were issued, not sure what he told customer but it was nearly £1000 worth of parts?? Check basics as always mentioned on this site!! Jim
