Can any of you guys give me some pointers re health and safety. This is all new to me (due to tragic circumstances) but needs sorting. We have 4 staff in the workshop and 5 full/partime staff on the forecourt. I don't want to involve the health and safety people as yet because I'd rather ask you lot first. In brief what's the law for a workshop of less than five?
The other thing I've just been informed about is the tank for the heating oil must be encased by bricks in case of a leak? Anyone shed any light on this.
