took car to my mot station it failed on a seat belt stalk so took it away and replaced returned for a fast track retest, passed retest but i was told could not post date ticket on a fast track retest it would have to have a full retest is this right? by the way i did check the stalk before it went in and the customer later informed me it did stick now and again .
