1Link Service Network
Posted by Martina on March 2, 2007, 2:14 pm Just wondering if any of you have had any recent dealings with the 1Link Service Network? I found a thread with posts relating to this back in July/August '05. The general opinion seemed to be negative, and am wondering if any of you have found it to be worthwhile since then? Link to their website is http://www.1link.com/. Thanks,

After the training everything fell into place, for example using a fixed price on their system to get authorisation for servicing (saves having to input each part, just click one box and add price)if your price is within the lease companies threshold you will probably get instant authorisation. There is no need to post invoices and payment is RAPID. Long way of saying if you want to carry on doing lease company work get a days training and get going. Sorry for long winded reply.

One interesting development with 1Link seems to be that they are moving away from only looking at fleet work to retail as well. For example, on the Parkers website, they now have a search tool that uses the 1link system for retail customers. See link below. Cheers,
