When we started using the system, like all changes we found it quite hard but the best thing that I did was to attend their one day training. After the training everything fell into place, for example using a fixed price on their system to get authorisation for servicing (saves having to input each part, just click one box and add price)if your price is within the lease companies threshold you will probably get instant authorisation. There is no need to post invoices and payment is RAPID.

Long way of saying if you want to carry on doing lease company work get a days training and get going.
