Thanks very much for the replies...food for thought. One interesting development with 1Link seems to be that they are moving away from only looking at fleet work to retail as well. For example, on the Parkers website, they now have a search tool that uses the 1link system for retail customers. See link below. Cheers, Link: Parkers - Service Booking
