Sticking my head above the ramparts here as there are more expert opinions than mine watching this thread, but....
Could it be a faulty canister valve letting in excess fuel vapour, I would expect that to be short term enrichment but you never know
It certainly seems to me to be overfuelling, either the injection PW is too long or the fuel is coming from elsewhere, but which?
Watching with interest (and waiting to be shot down in flames).

PS. Just about to go and look at the waveforms again, seem to remember the sensors stuck at lean when it flatlined, hmmm.
