The above car came to us after failing its MOT on emmisions, at idle no problem but when revved say 2000rpm it fills the workshop with blue oil smoke. Ford technical said theres a known fault with the inlet manifold/breater system, sure enough it was full of oil, fitted revised manifold and breather system but started smoking after an hour. Have done a cylinder leakage test which is fine, checked oil levels, engine otherwise sounds/runs very sweetly and has only covered 55k miles. Removed manifold again and it is oiled up! Any help would be much appreciated.
