I got bit, sent me unit for Nissan a few weeks ago which was faulty, i rang then, they told me to return the unit with the old unit, which i never sent old unit, asked for refund, guess what no reply no refund oh and if you want to speak to acc department you have to write to them, very strange.. we have now its in the hands of our Visa Company. So as Tony says just beware of this company Autotek.
Anyone else had a bad experience from them
