Changing the Lambda sensor wont change anyting cos it is working just fine (the fact that it switches lean on acceleration confirms this)
Look for WHY it is rich!
MAF/MAP sensor, CTS, etc (Cant remember off hand, but this might be a MAP system), look for faulty MAP/MAF sensor or blocked/split MAP sensor pipe.
(Your osciliscope is your freind.)
Failing that, look for air leaks or anything else that might be feeding false data to the ecu
