big thank you to every one who helped and especially the pin out of the ECU wiring.

As the cam sensor is in that thick type plastic and the connector was difficult to probe I made up 3 short leads to go between the cam sensor and the plug and using the Pico scope found that I had a good scope pattern.

I had asked somebody to check the timing but unfortunately only checked the cams.

Anyway took it all apart to find that the crank pulley one tooth out.

The belt and tensioner looked quite new so must have been set up one tooth out.
