Sent the ecu for testing came back o.k, refitted the ecu and went for a run and car was fine. Couldnt understand it then i noticed that the plastic tubing that the loom ran in was rubbing on a gearbox mounting bolt. Opened the tubing and it had worn into the throttle sensor signal wire, i must of moved it when i removed the ecu. Repaired the wire and job sorted.
