Nissan Primera 2.0 2000 - Timing chain rattle #

Hi chaps have a primera with cam chain rattle, have changed tensioner genuine nissan it was quite for a short time but went noisey again have changed oil & filter,still noisey. Any ideas please. Thanks Iain
