First impressions?
Both cats could be faulty, although on bank 2 it looks like there is a lot of oxygen exiting the cat (faulty cat? or sensor? or both).
As fot the high peak volts on both rear sensor, it may be a floating earth or a bad earth. I don't ever remember coming across a post cat sensor with a floating earth, but then again I don't scope many, so it is possible.
