Are you talking about the dump valve or the wastegate?
Dump valve? It's a vacuum operated dump valve, something is commanding it to dump the boost. So the solenoid is being operated by the ECU, which in turn is being driven by the sensors. So that doesn't eliminate MAF?
Has the vehicle been remapped? Jist a thot?
