I see no evidence from the figures you have given that this vehicle is running lean. However that is not to say that at the time of this intermittent fault that the cause of the problem is a lean mixture. Is there anything to indicate a lean mixture in the Freeze Frame info? How bad is the lack of power? You can only go on what is presented in front of you and the customer must be made to understand this. My approach would be to clean the throttle body assy which can cause stalling and to change the Lambda sensor which,if stuck in the lean position on motorway runs, would cause the vehicle to "hold back". Incidently, I would expect MAP reading to drop back in a stall situation (result not the cause).
