hello,
iv got this MGF VVC 1800cc and baicly it would intermitently overheat, then today it got droped with me and i had it running up and finaly got it to over heat and found the rad fan wasnt kicking in, fan tested ok, relay and fuses all tested ok. now fan wont kick in at all.

Now i need the location of the temp sender which im sure its the little brown plug screwed into a aluminium housing on the upper right of the inlet maifold. but when disconected the fan still doesnt kick in. First off is this the true location of the ecu temp sender? and am i looking at a new ecu??
