Most Honda distributors are usually quite simple to work out with out a wiring diagram,
Yours sounds like it has a 2 pin plug which would normally give you coil/module supply (usually black/yellow) and coil neg/tach (usually blue). You should then have an eight pin multiplug with 7 positions poppulated, 6 of which will be paired off to each other and are usually adjacent pins. These will be for Engine speed (multiple sinewaves), No 1 cyl id(1 sinewave), and crank position(4 sinewaves). Each with its own individual no of sinewaves on one revolution of the distributor.
I am assuming inductive sensors, expect a resistance of between 500 and 3000 ohms. The final pin will be the Spark Out(ford term SPOUT) from engine ECU which is the trigger signal to the module.
Note this information is off the top of my head and meant as a guide so may not be accurate.
