The car will be in eco mode..as tony has said.
This car probably has whats known as a BM34 ecu/fuse board under the bonnet.

The main relay is built into this unit...post the vehicles rp build number eg 8956 its on the white sticker on door..probably have a diagram for this could email it to you.

Ad may be your prob for no comms!or the bm 34 is down as this unit is your comms link to the engine ecu...There are also 5 maxi fuses underneath the bm 34 board to check out.
