Hi guys
Sorry its been so long but wanted to be sure of fix.
so i replaced the throttle pedal as i read a bulletin on auto data saying that certain pedals should be replaced (even though it tested good).
The light went out and stayed out for a good mile and then poped back on again!!
so it was back to the loom as before.
Basically i checked all earths and re crimped all joints, also found the sheilding on the lambda sensor chaffed but not the wires themselves (Thanks John, top tip)repaired that and fingers crossed light has not come back on and customer says it's going better than ever.
