The pressure should hold for about 10 mins so it appears the accumulator is doing its job. I do not have specific pressures for this vehicle but they sound about right.
Before delving into complexities, I would do the basics first if you have not already done so. On the fuel injection side, I would certainly clean the Air Flow Plate and throttle body. Make sure the Air Flow Plate is centralised and not sticking. Exhaust emissions should be checked. If that doesn't resolve anything then the function of the warm up regulator needs to be checked. Obvious checks of the ignition/HT need to be under-taken.
