How did you check for air leaks, I'd still be suspicious of an air leek particularly around No 4 end of the manifold. Checked manifold Vacuum?? Smoke machine??

Also do an emissions test, does what are you getting out of the tail pipe tie up with the o2 sensor stuck low and the rest of the evidence??
