Ok here goes,

i done a emmisions test, sfter a 15min run i done the test and it was really high on all scales (sorry never got a print out) but on the fast idle test it all came down and passed the test then on idle it was still good. cleared the codes and on the way back the light came on again to a new code o2 sensor low signal.

I phoned the customer who then decided to inform me it was a direct fit sensors he put on it NOT genuine ones which he had told me!!! he also informed me that when he had put the new sensor on it was fine for a couple of weeks then went bact to playing up!!! so now i have a gen sensor on order an arriving tomorrow! so will let you know my results.

Oh a to marks question when i first had the car i could promote change with reving it then i could and yesterday i could so im starting to think the sensor could be dodgy!
