Did you get a fix on this? I have one with exactly the same vehicle details with fluctuating CO from 4 - 10% which was unknown to the owner. His complaint was vehicle stalling. I have cleaned throttle body and owner has changed Lambda Sensor with a Bosch unit which cost him £60 fitted. (This sounds too cheap to me and I am smelling a rat. Am sure I fitted one about a year ago to an Almera which cost £127). Lambda sensor was permanently stuck at 0.8v at idle. No DTC's recorded and everything else looks good. Will look at EVAP unit on my revisit but a FIX would be good.
