Sorry Kevin didn't paty enough attention came to me as non runner supposedly it ran ok until it burnt out No3 ign coil which was rewired badly and had a new crank sensor fitted.
I had loads of fault codes stored but nothing to do with cam/crank sync only P0355 kept loosing rpm signal on scope from crank sensor at ecu rectified wiring and then moved on finding the timing was out after checking injectors spark etc.
My guess is that the engine must have been turned backwards as the chain wasn't that badly worn with no oil pressure the tensioner lost it, as the exhaust cam was 2 teeth out.
