Year of Manufacture *: 2002
Engine Size and Code *: 2.3 DOHC (Ford Engine?)
Timing Chain slipped and caused valves to break and create a hole in Piston No.3 and severely damaged cylinder head. After replacing piston and head with second hand parts the car is excessively burning oil. We have replaced all valve stem oil seals etc but when carrying out compression test the results are way off the gauge. The engine seems to be breathing ok.
Any body have any ideas?
