Helpful Hint!
If you reach down and put a finger tip on the little lever (Or the tip of a long screwdriver) that operates the flap mechinisim (Just behind the throttle body) one can easily feel the vibration and "relate" it with the noise as the throttle is blipped.
Do these break up if left unrepaired (IE is this a "Live with it for now" or a "Fix it immediatly" issue?)
The owner was minded to replace the car soon but will fix it if he keeps it. He just hasnt made his mind up yet. I am just wondering how much "Presure" I should apply (IYSWIM
