Any info on this vehicle?

Had This non-runner dropped off it’s been fitted with a second-hand ECU, IGN barrel key etc, no feed to ign coils or injectors while cranking (although there’s a momentary pulse when first switching on) but nothing while cranking.
Fault codes logged...
P0500 Vehicle speed sensor
U1600 Electronic key; present

Injection controller. Programmed
Variant coding. Not achieved
Main relay is not being driven/activated while cranking Crank and cam sensor OK, my question is, is this an ECU coding (are they coded?) Or immobiliser issue? I have limited functions on this model (no coding) any info greatly appreciated before I send it on it's way!
