As I have previously stated, I would want to check the integrity of the signal circuit from the CTS to the ECU. As a guide, I would expect to see a slow changing voltage from approx 4v to about 0.6v as the engine warms up on one of the 4 wires before you delve further into it. Also I have seen air-locks where the CTS sits which means the CTS is not measuring the correct temperature.
