The P1112 code is brought by the P1153
P1112 doesnt flag the mil but P1153 does
IMHO once P1153 shows up then the throttle body is beyond saving and it does require a re-learn procedure from a capable diag tool , if you have someone near you with the equipment to perform a re-learn then its worth trying the old one first but i wouldnt hold much hope
