I have had this problem before setting only at high revs. It was caused by the bottom pulley moving on its rubber insert.This in-turn causes the supercharger to turn slower and upsets the "calculated maf value"
Mark the bottom pulley on both sections with a marker pen, then drive it over 5000rpm a few times , come back and see if the marks are still in line.
