Lambda voltage ,,, a colleague came on Friday to cast his eye over it ,He used vag com on it from cold cts is perfect ,and i was suprised to see o2 sonsor working correctly ie 200/800 approx but when it got hot not 100% sure on exact temp but about 80 it locked at 1.25 Just before it locked it started to loose lower Mv ie 250/850..300/900...400/950 so on til 1.25 this was observed on live data high co high hc one and half hours later much scratching of head ond numerous calls..........
I was also concerned about vacuum reading that is why i stripped down timing belt to check cam crank and ignition timing (a timing belt had been fitted by another garage about a year ago)
17hg steady on tickover, 21/22 steady @3000rpm
I think if it is an earth concern on o2 sensor it would misbehave as soon as it goes into closed loop.
As i said before i suspect "load" if the vehicle was at 10% co on the road it would probably return atrocious mpg and it does not ,these high reading only seem to be stationary ie no "load" how does this vehicle measure load it has no map sensor,
