thanks for info about the instruments.Going back to the manifold, we fitted a brand new manifold
Sept 2009 because the flaps were very noisey/chattering.The motor in the manifold then
Stopped working Feb 2010, our supplying dealer sent a motor seprately and submitted it for warranty claim. Apart from e.c.u.'s getting submerged is there any known faults with wiring or perhaps a rework on wiring when a new manifold is fitted,or does a re-configation need to take place? Otherwise it looks like we have another motor gone up the swanny which seems a bit bizarre.The first 2 threads were written by the technician doing the job and did'nt explain clearly all the issues.
SP Diagnostics description for P1614 was 'can bus error', but Scanguage.net gave 'fuel pump primary circuit failure'.The second thead also mentions other discrepancies with descriptions.
Can you or anyone else reading these threads come up with any other descriptions or clarificationsof the true meanings.
