The next step would to volt drop test the ECU earth path for the Lambda Return and then check all the main ECU earths (on the thinking that the ECU can not "float" an earth that it has not got). Main Earth pins at the ECU appear to be;3, 51, 53, 61, 78, and 80 HTH
