A ford fiesta i previously owned kept on having a message on the clocks EAC FAIL and the car would go into limp mode. I paid an electrician to have a look at it for me. He put on a dianostic platform which said the throttle position sensor was at fault, but he said he wouldn't say this was the problem. He updated the ecu's software and said this should solve the problem. I sold the car and the buyer has got back to me and said the EAC FAIL sign didn't stay away for long and she has spent hundreds on the car. I've got to fix this problem once and for all. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!
