Never seen a Lambda reading that high! Mind you mine only reads as high as 1.50 and rarely seen that exceeded. So...the ignition system seems ok, and no air leaks. Fuel pressure should be checked if not already done so. If that is ok...then might be an engine problem. Not sure if it is fitted with secondary air pump but can't see that as a problem. High Lambda as you say indicates too much O2 which could be caused by a lean mixture. Without proper 4 gas readings we could be shooting in the dark...
