I have had a few of these, I have found that.. If vehicle has poor performance and misfiring - found pressure in rail to be low, fault has been high pressure pump.

Same fault code (p1191) Vehicle cuts out. Normally cuts out at idle or low rpm. Fault has been pressure regulator, sticks closed. So pressure in rail is too high, especially at idle and engine cuts out.
