I think you will need to produce a lot more info on this one to illicit helpful responses.

What tests have you performed to determine which cylinder(s) are mis-firing?

Have the basic checks been undertaken to determine the viability of the ignition system?

Is the misfire permanent or intermittent?

Is the mis-fire present across the whole rev range?

We will try our best to help but much more info is required.
