Never had a Laguna throttle issue myself, but i have read that with a Laguna, ECU has to be re-flashed and programming of throttle body.
where on a Clio for instance it doesn't.
So, answer to your question I would say yes.
But this is only on the basis of what I am led to believe by well respected technicians.
