Hi , as you are aware ford's are usually pretty good at logging fault codes for misfires .That engine never gave any great problems with sticky valves being a jap designed head .
Gut feeling is it's going to be something obscure so get it back into the dealership or find another one , also ask for the field engineer to come out and check the car .
