Scoped oxygen sensor on actual sensor also on ECU pin, same result, no switching, sensor flat lining at 800mv when warm both ends of loom, I pulled ECU off of inlet manifold and rapidly cooled it using freeze and release, sensor began switching again, but for much longer this time as ECU was much cooler than it could ordinarily be.
Ordered new ECU from vauxhall £236 + vat (better than £390+ vat wanted by well known reman company)
Code in by freindly mate in independant vauxhall dealer, £25 + vat, (better than £79 +vat by main agent!)
Drove car 20 miles all good no light and still switching!
