For what its worth, the IAT sensor appears to be between the inlet manifold on nos 3 and 4 cylinders. However, I cannot see that causing any running fault.

The fault code is unknown to me. Is it possible to get an EOBD fault code out of the vehicle? The running fault sounds like a problem with the MAP sensor, but with very little info to go on, its difficult to say. I think we need more info in the way of emissions and live data, especially on the MAP sensor.
