Tried all mentioned items, had customer drive me around in it today, idle speed surged up and down when slowing down, sometimes and at this point was logging and graphing live data and noticed coolant temp drop by 14 degrees, fitted new temp switch at tea time, left it with owner for road testing, see what tommorrow brings.
