Tests carried out so far -
Cam timing triple checked.
Manifold vacuum 18"mg at idle
Lambda sensor stuck at 950mV but does switch to 0V on overrun.
CO - 11.25%
HC - 1500
CO2 - 5.10%
Unfortunately, my gas bench won't currently read O2.
Ignition coil outputs scoped and checked fine.
So, I've scoped both cam and crank sensors but I have nothing to compare them with, so any help on these would be much appreciated as I believe they are out of synchronisation.

This is the Cam sensor.
And this is the cam and crank together. Unfortunately, its not very clear but the red trace is the crank and the blue trace is the cam.
