Subaru Impreza 2.0 1998 Non turbo - Crank sensor wave form required - Fixed #
Posted by Peter Holland on January 3, 2012, 4:09 pm This car has a very strange running fault which I believe may be a timing issue. The car came in with a running fault that a Subaru dealer had diagnosed as a loose crank pulley causing a major running issue. The car was then taken to another garage who somehow repaired the damaged crank and refitted the pulley. Needless to say, the car still runs like a hairy goat. It idles ok but won't rev cleanly and chucks loads of unburnt fuel out of the exhaust.
