This car has a very strange running fault which I believe may be a timing issue. The car came in with a running fault that a Subaru dealer had diagnosed as a loose crank pulley causing a major running issue. The car was then taken to another garage who somehow repaired the damaged crank and refitted the pulley. Needless to say, the car still runs like a hairy goat. It idles ok but won't rev cleanly and chucks loads of unburnt fuel out of the exhaust.

Tests carried out so far -
Cam timing triple checked.
Manifold vacuum 18"mg at idle
Lambda sensor stuck at 950mV but does switch to 0V on overrun.
CO - 11.25%
HC - 1500
CO2 - 5.10%
Unfortunately, my gas bench won't currently read O2.
Ignition coil outputs scoped and checked fine.

So, I've scoped both cam and crank sensors but I have nothing to compare them with, so any help on these would be much appreciated as I believe they are out of synchronisation.
