It was as Andyhyoung suggested missing an earth to the 3 sensors mentioned. I was either reading the wiring diagram incorrectly. Or it was wrong. Anyway wired in new earth and all is well. Had to leave it the last 2 days, as it was non stop rain. Thanks andy for the telephone conversation/Advice
